Four Onion Balsamic Salad Dressing Mix

Create a fresh, flavorful balsamic vinaigrette with this seasoning blend made from a balanced medley of 15 herbs and spices. Simply combine the pre-measured pouch with oil and vinegar, then shake or stir for a tangy, slightly sweet dressing with rich, layered flavor.

Includes an easy variation for a creamy balsamic dressing.

All you need:
-Four Onion Balsamic Vinaigrette Mix (included)
-125 ml (½ cup) Balsamic vinegar
-250 ml (1 cup) mayonnaise
-30 ml (2 tbsp) lemon juice
-Black pepper to taste
-A touch of water, as needed to thin out the texture

All you do:
In a Mason jar, combine all the ingredients. Close the lid tightly and shake vigorously until well combined. Set aside to rest for a minimum of 30 minutes to allow the herbs and spices to rehydrate and release their full flavor. Toss with your salad just before serving.
Makes 1½ cups (375 ml / 13 fl oz). Store leftovers in the refrigerator, and use within 1 week.
For a smaller portion, simply divide the quantity of each ingredient in half, and follow the same recipe.
