Returns
At Lady of the Lake we stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our shipments are carefully packed and inspected before leaving our store; however, in the event something is not to your satisfaction, simply follow the instructions below.
Return In-Store
Refunds and exchanges can be processed in-store at 135 17th St. North, Brandon, MB, Canada. Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the returned item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with the items returned. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
By Mail
We will issue a credit or refund once we receive the item back to our store, with a valid receipt. A valid receipt is an original sales receipt, gift receipt or packing slip. A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately 3-5 business days after the date of processing. Returns are generally processed within one week of our receipt.
Damaged Items
Oh no! We do our best to package your order up to ensure a safe delivery, but sometimes accidents happen. Please send us an image of the defective item to ladyofthelake.brandon@yahoo.ca to start a claim process for the item(s). Either a replacement or refund will be issued depending on the case. Please note, all damages must be emailed within 7 days of the parcels delivered date to be covered.

Send Us An Email: Notify us of the return. Send an email to ladyofthelake.brandon@yahoo.ca with the reason of the return so we know to expect it. I’m returning this item because:
Step 2
Pack It Up & Purchase A Label: Save the original packaging, put the items you wish to return back into the box, and include the receipt, packing slip or order number. Carefully pack up your return along with this form and purchase a return label from the shipping carrier you prefer.
Step 3
Send It Back: Drop the item off at your nearest shipping depot. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process a refund to the original payment method.
