Caprese Tomato Basil Dip

Baked Caprese Tomato Basil dip is to die for, the creamy taste combination of cheese, tomatoes, basil, oregano and garlic, topped with extra cheese and optional cherry tomatoes is outstanding, this one is not to be missed.

Makes 2.5 cups (20 oz)

All you need:
- Caprese dip mix (included)
- 250g (1 cup) cream cheese
- 175ml (¾ cup) mayonnaise
- 240ml (1 cup) mozzarella cheese (3/4 inside and ¼ cup on top)
- a few cherry tomatos, halved

All you do:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) In a bowl, mix together the dip mix, cream cheese, mayo and ¾ cup mozzarella cheese. Transfer to an oven safe dish and top with remaining ¼ mozzarella cheese. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes. Add halved cherry tomatoes on top and broil for the last few minutes.

Substitute mayonnaise and cream cheese with vegan alternatives, cheese with plant-based vegan shreds.
