Just add our blend of seasonings to broad beans or chickpeas and follow our simple recipe and soon will be enjoying this popular vegetarian street food at home.

All you need:
- ½ pouch (12 g) Falafel Seasoning (included)
- 1½ cans (about 25 oz) chickpeas, drained & dried
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 25 g (1 cup) fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 eggs (or ½ cup silken tofu)
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
- 15 g (1 tbsp) baking powder
- 185 g (1 ½ cup) bread crumbs
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil

All you do:
In a food processor, combine chickpeas, onion and parsley. Blend until smooth. In a bowl, mix the eggs, Falafel Seasoning, baking power & lemon juice. Add the chickpea blend to the bowl and mix to combine. Slowly add the breadcrumbs and mix with your hands until you can form small patties that hold their shape. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry each patty for about 3-4 minutes per side or until browned. Enjoy with our Roasted Garlic Dip, a salad, and potatoes roasted with our Greek or Spicy Potato Seasoning.
*You can also bake these in the oven at 400˚F (205˚C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
