Greek Chicken Seasoning
This one speaks for itself, grilled or in the oven, ever so easy, lots of garlic and oregano. Great served with our tzatziki dip.
Makes 4-6 servings

All you need:
- Greek Chicken Seasoning
- 80ml (1/3 cup) plain Greek yogurt
- 60ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 4-6 chicken breasts (whole, cubed or on skewers), or 8-10 chicken thighs
All you do:
In a bowl, mix the 3 first ingredients and set marinade aside. Put chicken in a freezer bag or bowl and pour the marinade over the chicken. Let marinate for minimum 2 hours or overnight. Grill on BBQ over medium heat for 25-30 min, pan-fry over medium heat for 18-22 min or bake in pre-heated oven at 400°F for 22-28 min.
Vegan/Vegetarian Substitutes:
Protein alternative: tofu, tempeh, seitan, plant-based chicken.
Dairy alternative: vegan yogurt
