Jalapeno Popper Baked Dip
The Jalapeno Popper, gives all the flavors of the favorite finger food in a dip. Just imagine serving this on game day, pairs wonderfully with a cool glass of IPA.

You'll you need:
Contents of Jalapeno Popper Dip mix pouch
375 g (12 oz) Cream cheese, softened
125 ml (4 oz / 1/2 cup) Real mayonnaise
125 ml (4 oz / 1/2 cup) Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
125 ml (4 oz / 1/2 cup) Cheddar cheese, freshly grated.
All you do:
Combine softened cream cheese with dip mix until smooth. Add mayonnaise and half of the parmesan and cheddar, mix well. Transfer to oven proof dish and sprinkle top with remaining parmesan and cheddar.
Bake in 375°F (190°C) pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbling.
Serve with sliced French bread, pita or tortilla chips.
Optional: Top with breadcrumbs.
